It's been a hot minute, but I felt as though We had to revisit what it means for God's healing and revelation for you. This podcast is just another unplanned reflection on why healing comes with confronting your emotional imprisonment. It comes with daring yourself to change from the small issues like petty female fights and all those messy conversations to bigger goals like believing in your path. If You Run You will Always Run, So Be Strong and Courageous 

This weeks reflection starts with how experiencing my 1st racial encounter ripples into sad behavioral changes within. I felt the importance of reflecting on this due to the snowball effect it had on my life. I hope the example will help you see you don't have to be emotionally imprisoned by the one who felt the need to make you feel small. No man can tell you where to walk, breath or eat unless you give them emotional authority. This is because you could find yourself withdrawing following the behavioral change taking place within you. Instead of learning to shy away from difficult people and limiting the phenomenal opportunities life can offer you, live to be brave. Learn to set boundaries emotionally with yourself such as refusing to get depressed from how others treat you. Find counsel in God by reminding yourself of verses testifying about others who also faced difficult poeple. Encourage yourself, so you're not imprisoned by others beliefs. Pray and wait for God to reveal whether you're a Moses or King David in this chapter of your life. You deserve the best opportunity and again no man can take hold of your emotions unless you allow them. God has already set the stage for where you belong in life.

A woman's Intuition;The Good and the bad and the what the Heck Moment

Who else remembers the first time you experienced your womanly intuition? I started dating 2 seconds ago, and yet this crazy feeling propped up telling me what my boyfriend was up to! Being unexperienced I went to my friends who confirmed that my intuition was telling me what's really going on! Don't you feel like if you as a woman own such a powerful spirit within you, what more when you don't know how to harness it. Why am I always annoyed with my Friends; before you ghost your next friends let's chat!

Are you like me and thinking hold up, if I keep giving up on friends and moving on to the next, won't I do that I life! Yass ladies, I know this is an all people thing, so I wanted to encourage tall this week to accept that difficult conversations are bound to happen. If your friend is selfish learn how to reshape the boundaries in your relationship. There is so much you can gain from learning how to speak your kind in a diplomatic way. If you think you're about to open a business and yet you still don't know how to negotiate with a selfish person, learn! Reason being your suppliers may have that "you loose," mentality, so you can do your best by harnessing difficult conversations. These moments start at home. With your friends. And if someone tells you there's something that sucks about you, accept it. Learning from these moments will truly help you become an whole and empowering person. Reconize that. Believe it.

Dating; So you want to Date why not dating with Confidence

Let's take a look at dating from a different perspective where you stop talking AT someone and to someone. Expectations can kill any opportunity of growing a fruitful and emotionally healthy relationship. We all know how that feels right;when you get yelled at for being someone you not. So what I've found about online dating or traditional dating it helps to reflect on your worldviews, so that you don't get disappointed when someone doesn't match it. Instead it could either be an opportunity to grow or move on.

I just want to share this small testimony with yall. I've been watching these small 7 year olds working all day for a loaf of bread. They work more hours than me to be honest. So I started praying to God please may I help them. Please I can pay for their school fees or sonething. I don't need much in life. Yet how sweet is Jesus Christ. He reminded me about my angry 10-year old prayers on giving back. By doing so I hope I encourage you to discern more on where beliefs come from because it takes a little as 3 months to remember you believed this because 3 men made you feel less than. So instead of keeping the beoief take some time with yourself by asking where is this velief from and how can I forgive and let it go.

Not Healing, not forgiving is Redisclocating My shoulder Again; Here's Why

Just like a physcial injury in life, the surgeons don't tell you there will be a clanking sound whenever it's cold. This is the same as the church, they tell only to put on the Armour of God. What does that mean? Well when you don't heal it's like going to dislocated my shoulder just to demonstrate to someone how painful it was to experience that hurt. 

Some of you do this; hated your work, so you hate all your work and when asked you say "Well they wronged me at my 5 jobs," or another might have been abused by her 2 exes so she thinks all men are trash. This is not letting go of pain. 

I love running in the snow in Norman Oklahoma, but I learned I need to buy warm clothes. I hate warm clothes! Why are they useful? This is the same for you! You're scared of letting go that it's better to retell the pain than let go! It's better to hear and feel that annoying clanking sound.

 I want to motivate you today to understanding what putting on the armour of God is: It's like when I finally had to tell myself to buy warm clothes. For you it's  declaring that you have been saved and healed from your trauma. It's  also understanding the depth and width of the spiritual world; don't let your brain lie to you into believing you never healed. Scream. Lies right now. 
Then the next thing I had to learn certain exercises  to strengthen myself. For you this is learning personal boundaries. Learn emotional boundaries.  Growth can sometimes be about healing and recovery, so I hope yall enjoy my short motivational speech right here. Stop speaking your pain; I'd never want to see my bone sticking out my armpit again; but we do this! 

Every time someone new offends us, we like nope nope nope it's  the same person from 20 years ago. Ask God to help you see the Armour of God;You have been empowered to 1

The best way you can begin showing up for yourself is by first forgiving yourself of your past. Forgiveness opens doors to better understanding that the people who hurt you are exactly like you. Forgiveness also helps you see that maybe you struggle with confidence because your self concept is based on others views. This is the first step to letting go and starting a fresh each say. New years Resolutions are Hurting your emotional health;Do this instead!

New Year goals are messing with your mind! I mean think about it;these goals are based on the idea your are self aware, have no repressed emotions and live a consistent life free of headaches. What the pandemic taught me is the importance of setting emotional goals alongside your goals. What are your expectations vs reality. For instance we may have dating expectations;When I got licked in the face I was expecting he would ask me to be his girlfriend before licking my face. Yet what is the emotional cost to change because changing from single to a relationship has a cost. Or better yet when I wanted a career promotion,God put among people who made me see I hide my intelligence. It took being yelled at for studying in the United States to make me realize I hide my intelligence. See the expectation was I want a career upgrade, yet God gives us what we need and that is not to be sheepish. He was like but you hide so I will place you among people who will make you tired of hiding. Not only that but to accept that growth has an emotional cost. I always look at health goals from a holistic perspective;your body,ind and spirit. And this week I'm looking at what it means to be positive from a God-centered perspective. What I've found is fear comes from previous setbacks that do not have to define your today. However to replenish the heart means to bring on the God-visions. No... it's to rest in the God visions of the day. Taking sach moment in small tender loving pieces guided by the Lord. He seeks you every day to replenish the heart. To heal the heart, so a heart us never born weary when strengthened by Him.

A reflection on our wellness ideas surrounding our love languages. Love languages are important because they assign importance to who you love and how you love. This short prose seeks to ask why the man or woman makes another man or woman a god? Surely the responsibility of being one's refuge is high as we still strive and meander through our own self discover. Release your love from being your refuge and take up God as His wings spread wide to protect, love and heal.
