But chronic stress can, over time, harm the body, causing everything from inflammation to cardiometabolic disease, some cases, stress may play a role in cancer. Samuel Inkabi is a Biological Scientist with Dr. Fredenburg's Lab, Department of Pathology, Immunology and Laboratory Medicine (University of Florida, USA). He holds a Master of Science in Experimental and Medical Biosciences from Linkoping University, Sweden, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from KNUST, Ghana. He is currently a predoctoral candidate and graduate assistant with the University of Florida, USA.
