In A Democracy

In a democracy, peaceful protesters are not shot at except of course it is a demonstration of craziness. We would never forget the Nigerian government's several attempts at disrupting a peaceful #ENDSARS #ENDPOLICEBRUTALITY protest by using thugs to incite violence. We would never forget the involvement of Nigerian banks in suppressing the voices of Nigerians by restricting the bank accounts of individuals who interacted with the lead fundraising account -Feminist Coalition. We would never forget the involvement of the Nigerian army in increasing the number of casualties.
