Japa Nation (Season 2, Episode 15) The term 'Japa' refers to a state of mind, but it is also used to represent the process and act of leaving Nigeria. Nigeria is experiencing a troubling phase of brain drain as a result of the 'Japa' state of mind, with reports indicating a high number of resignations. You might even be relocating to a foreign country soon; if not, it may be a family member, a friend, a neighbor, or someone you know through another person. What does this mean for the five of us who are still in Nigeria? Opportunities!
