Ride or Die: a colloquial expression of extreme loyalty to someone or something.
How far would you go to prove your loyalty to your loved ones and how far do you expect them to go to prove their loyalty to you?
This tends to be a tricky situation, especially in cases that involve two people who you hold dear to your heart, take for example, a situation between your significant other and your best friend.
We tried as much as possible to lay out our opinions on this matter in this episode, which features an anonymous guest.

Let's be honest, it's kind of hard to keep up with the LGBTQ community because new sexual orientations keep springing up every now and then.
But that doesn't mean one shouldn't respect opinions and decisions about such sexual preferences, no matter how odd they might seem.
We try our possible best on this episode, to dissect the ideology behind these various sexualities and share our understanding and findings based on what we have experienced or come across in our minimal (certainly not extensive) research.

In celebration of International Women's Day, we focus on women's health in relation to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, otherwise known as PCOS, a hormonal disorder common among most women that surprisingly, most of us are not aware of.
Jenny shares her experience based on symptoms, which are often overlooked, and how PCOS can be managed.

Such measures could seem unemphatic and  more often than not hurt those directly involved in certain  'not-so-little' ways, which might be misunderstood or shunned by the  wider audience, usually those drawn to such content.
