"You're lazy! Why aren't you learning well?" These are just some of the labels people put on  Rosalin when she was in primary school. Rosalin didn't get formally diagnosed as being dyslexic until she was 30.

Rosalin is a seasoned and successful leader with a track record of producing, presenting, and managing the implementation of innovative hospitality and tourism business solutions and services in Africa and across the world in the past 15years.

Rosalin holds a Master's degree in International Hospitality Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School in Switzerland. She is a Walt Disney Hospitality Leadership Fellow and worked as Guest Experience Manager at Walt Disney World, U.S.A.

Currently, Rosalin is the Lead Consultant at iQ Mundo (Hospitality & Education Consulting firm), Swiss Education Group country Rep for Ghana-Liberia-Sierra Leone, and the founding curator of Dodowa Hub of Global Shapers community and founder of Africa Dyslexia Organisation.

My name is IJ Popoola and I'm the host of Mrs. IJ's Kids Inclusive Podcast, a show focusing on the challenges of inclusive education for students with disabilities, as well as providing resources for parents, caregivers, educators, and all stakeholders in the African diaspora and in African Nations. We focus on the possibilities of fully inclusive educational practices in general education classrooms.
