Episode Notes

This year 2020 began a new decade and Nigerians had high hopes for the year, we had hope for better leadership and governance. The political leadership had envisaged that Nigeria would become one of the 20 best economies in the world. This was topmost among the goals that grabbed public imagination since it was launched 11 years ago, conceived by former President Olusegun Obasanjo, in 2006, and launched by late President Umaru Yar'Adua. We have gone half pass the year already and Nigeria's economy is facing collapse instead of the initial plans by the government to become one of the 20 best economies in the world. Should we say the Nigeria government failed as a result of the world pandemic? Can we call it a blessing or a curse in Nigeria?
Listen to Grace as she shares with us the vision 2020 and the review of the first half of the year.
