Fat people are always stigmatized, being fat is just like being sick nowadays but hey, don't look down on yourself we are Fabulous and we are strong. Youths also look down on themselves because they don't have what the other person has its okay to feel that way but then don't over do it, don't look down on yourself, if he or she can do it you can do it, so yeah my podcast is mainly for Youths and we the chubby or rather Fat people.

Fat people are always being discriminated in the society, they are usually being mocked but wait! Do they have right over your body? No, you are who you are, They don't like your weight then they should get out! Just be you, slim? be you, chubby? be you, Fat? be you

Youth and intimidation 1

Youths look down on themselves because they watch what other people have, and they end up doing things that are not acceptable but hey! no matter what you are who you are, you are fabulous and fantastic, keep being you, keep your head up high and resist all social media and peer temptations.
